The beginning of the process was great! The quote was very professional and communicating was quick and easy. We also received a color consultation to help us pick colors. However, when the painters arrived they didn't know which colors we had chosen. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the samples we picked. My understanding was there was supposed to be a project manager on-site for most of the project. I wasn't there the entire time, but I only saw him about halfway through the first day, for a few minutes. They did a good job of protecting the floors. The end result is good though. It's not perfect and I will eventually go back and fix a few things, but I'm not sure painting can ever be perfect. It was definitely worth paying someone to do the job, rather than do it myself. The process and project overall was good.

We have used multiple painting companies in the past. While all have done a good job with the actual painting... they had very little customer service skills. We are now in the process of putting our house on the market and needed our project done quickly and it had to look good... my realtor referred me to Five Star and I could not be happier!! The crew was great, super fast and did excellent prep work—the owner Roger was spot on with his estimate and timing of the this job... my handyman was here working on some other projects at the same time and he was also really impressed with the crew.. Thanks Roger and Carrie and crew!!

I have worked with Five Star Painting on two projects so far, they are now my my preferred painting company and I will continue to use them for all of my projects. What I like most about Five Star Painting is their process, right away the schedule someone to provide you with a free estimate, they are knowledgeable in what they do and can offer many suggestions. As soon as you accept the quote, you are contacted by a Project Manager who oversees your project from start to finish. The painters are extremely hardworking and skilled. They show up on time and are clean and professional. I had Five Star Painting paint three bedrooms, bathroom and a full basement with ceilings, they did an amazing job. We will schedule a free estimate and provide you with a custom quote. Since every project varies in scope we request that you schedule an appointment with our estimator. This will provide the most accurate pricing and help plan for budgeting purposes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the estimator arrives, he/she will go over in detail what you would like to achieve. We then craft an estimate and go over in more detail how we will help them transform your space. Communication is extremely important. Once you decide to use Five Star Painting as your chosen contractor, we will have our office manager give you a call to get your project scheduled.
