Quoted us to do a job, we scheduled, agreed on price and day, then the day of canceled. Left us in the lurch as we were in a time crunch, which we explained to him in the initial call.

We deeply apologize for scheduling and not being able to be there on the day of the scheduled date knowing you were under a crunch. As stated before my family and I were in a car accident the night before and my mom still remains in the ICU as of today. We understand that we had a scheduled date set but unfortunately we couldn’t find anyone to replace us at short notice. I love being able to help customers with their projects and would never leave any customer high and dry. But when it comes to my family they are first in my life. So again I didn’t think it was right to give us a 1 star review before you had all your facts on point. But it’s okay because I would rather be by my mothers side before trying to make some money. Thank you

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father and uncle were residential painters and would take my brother and I to work during the summers when I was only 12 years old. Loved it and knew I would have my own business one day.
