Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I pride myself on my customer service skills. While many technicians will tote their certifications as their #1 selling point, certifications do not train individuals to take a holistic approach to technological problem solving. I strive to understand my customers' needs and address them in a friendly, informative, and comprehensive way. I love to see the various way that others leverage the power of technology to increase productivity, have fun, or stay in contact with one another. I also love the satisfaction of knowing I was able to help someone!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When shopping for a technology expert, ask many questions! You will quickly get a feel of that person's grasp of the technology you are using, In a world of so many different brands and types of technology, few individuals have truly, "seen it all."
