- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size of the project, I usually charge 12% project management fee on the project cost. This includes a detailed estimate and schedule, drafting the necessary plans and contracts, continuous site visits, hiring subcontractors, managing the budget, applying for permits, etc.

I am a licensed residential general contractor who enjoys challenging and creative projects of all kinds. I have 12+ years of experience.
