- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like to inform you that the value described here initially is an estimate. and this value can be higher or even lower in some cases. I would like to inform my payment methods. Can I receive cash, Paypal, cash app, Venmo or Zelle. Checks are not accepted. Payment must be made * before service. * If you are not present on the website. if you are present during the service. payment must occur after I complete the work. Work 100% with scheduling. We will always try to find the best date for you. If you want us to continue taking care of your garden every week or every two weeks. this will have a different value. (This should be discussed during our negotiation.) I reserve the right to change any value obtained here. since the value here is an estimate. and not a final price. Our competitors cost less, but work by quantity and don't care about quality. Our goal is different. We strive for 100% quality to make our customers 100% happy. not quantity. that's why our jobs take longer than usual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need some photos of your garden. to get an idea of the size and level of difficulty of the work. so that we can arrive at a correct estimated value.
