Here’s a little about who I am and the work I do. I am an NGH-Certified Hypnotherapist (CH), with 4 years of experience as a counselor and specialized training in body psychotherapy. With my background in counseling and mind-body medicine-related work, you can be completely confident that you are in good hands, knowing that you are working with someone who has over 900 hours of live, supervised in-person training experience. I also hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. (note: I offer therapeutic services but am not a licensed mental health professional.)
