What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates are posted in my profile, but longer-term contract rates for monthly or quarterly engagements are available. I usually prefer working with clients over time to ensure progress is being made in the right areas and to maintain accountability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with assessments and honesty introspection, move into mindmapping & goal-setting, then start crushing your objectives and aligning your mission/vision to an accountability model that works for you. Every client is different and every client process should respect those differences!
