FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I need to learn more about what a client needs before I can give an accurate estimate of the overall cost. I work with clients either on a per hour basis (with a 2 hour minimum) or by a set fee to deliver a comprehensive program (normally addressing career issues).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients initially start working with me on career issues which often turns into exploring more personal issues or issues that can be addressed through using a life-coach. Conversely, people who see me as a life-coach often need a lot of guidance, education and support regarding their career and in finding meaningful work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Besides looking at a potential provider's credentials including background, experience and education, you should decide if there is a good fit. After meeting or speaking on the phone, did you like this person? Would you work well together? To find out more information, ask for a free consultation. Providers will often give time, say a half hour to understand what you're looking for, determine if they can help you, describe to you their services and also look for a good fit. To establish a beneficial relationship, both client and provider should "click" with one another in order to yield the best results.
