FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer estimates so we can fully understand your needs before recommending a solution. A technician can visit your location for a brief inspection and provide an accurate assessment. We also provide special offers for new customers, and our pricing is designed to be affordable, with service options available for different budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we arrive on-site, we carefully evaluate the locks, doors, and overall security setup. After the inspection, we explain the available solutions and provide a clear quote. If you're comfortable with the proposed price, we'll begin the work right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our locksmiths are professionally trained and certified in the industry. Beyond formal training, years of practical field experience have allowed us to develop the skills needed to handle a wide range of lock and security challenges efficiently.
