- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I give a set price to a customer, I like to see the job and discuss the terms from there. I like to meet with my potential customers to know their time frame and budget of their project. The size of your project and what is needed will determine the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer, make sure everything is clear. I like to hear any ideas the customer has. Also, I listen to and try to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in England for 3 years, along side a apprenticeship on site. I was mentored by one of the best, and I'm proud to be able to put my knowledge and experience to use now
