I’d been worried about foundation issues when cracks appeared on the exterior of my home. After having an inspector come out, I learned I only needed tuck pointing and some bricks replaced. Edgar responded quickly to my request for an estimate on fixing some cracked mortar and bricks on my 1940s home. His price was reasonable, and he came the next day to do the work. Not only did he fix the problem areas that I’d called him for, but went above and beyond to repair other small areas around the exterior that needed attention (that I hadn’t noticed until he came by!) His work is guaranteed, he’s a very nice guy, quick, easy to work with… would hire him again without a doubt!

Edgar was a true professional from start to finish. He provided a clear and simple scope of work that explained exactly what he planned to do for the column project, and he exceeded expectations in every way. His workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was obvious he took pride in making sure the column was built to last for many years. One thing that really stood out was his ability to carefully remove the old mortar by hand with an impact chisel and restore the original brick, which saved us from having to purchase new materials. His skill, creativity, and structural approach gave us a lot of confidence in the durability of the finished work. Edgar has become our go-to contractor for the remaining pillar projects in our homeowners association community, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

After dealing with problems with 3 other masonry contractors (illness, disappearance, going out of business), Edgar and his colleague Carlos were so responsive and came through in a real pinch to repair damage to the exterior dry stack at our home.
