I'm a massage therapist working throughout the Denver-Metro area. I enjoy working with those with mental health conditions and chronic pain.
My intention is to use manual therapy to reconnect you with your body and slow the mind to return to the present. A few of the modalities I use include:
Deep tissue
Swedish massage
Neuromuscular work
Sports techniques
Myofascial release
I also have education in Trauma Touch Therapy.
