- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off what kind of move is presented . Discounts are applied to referral and Repeat clients . A 10% discount is applied when possible . We try to make Our pricing affordable for everyone .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with new or repeat Clients customer service is always first . Reaching out to each individual in a timely fashion is one of the most important steps . We like to send a brief description of pricing and the break down of the price before we even schedule a date (we don’t want you to feel pressured into something) . We want our clients to be comfortable about what they are paying for so we make things as easy as possible . Once confirmed on a quote we put you on the books and give you a few days notice concerning the move about questions , extra material etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The skills I have obtained over the years correlate with moving on a high level . Not only did Interstate moving help me develop my skill set, it also showed me the difference between a local move and a long distance move . Everyday in the moving industry is a learning day .
