- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $95 flat rate truck fee for all local moves. Protective materials like moving blankets and plastic wrap included. Tools, dollies, and furniture disassembly/assembly is include in your hourly rate. We have a 2 hour minimum for all moves. 10% military/veteran, senior, first responder, teacher discounts. We appreciate you all! No hidden fees for stairs, walking distance, heavy items, miles, or fuel. We sell mattress bags for $15/mattress bag.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to discuss jobs personally with our customer via telephone, text, or video chat. It is easier to offer a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are trained professionals with multiple years of industry experience. We set high standards for our team and expect them to provide our customers with awesome service no matter how difficult the job might be.
