- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending of the type of job being completed. This includes, but is not limited to whether a truck is being used, and if so, the size. How many moving professionals are being used in the job, and how many hours. The distance of the locations from dispatch. Time starts at dispatch, from there, our moving professionals will drive to the first location that our customer provides us, we complete the move and time stops once the last item is in position. - What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we assist in are local relocations of homes, apartments, offices and storage units. However we are a full service moving company providing a full range of services including but not limited to Packing Services, Commercial, Office, Piano, Labor Services and Internal Rearranges. Trucks, Materials and additional manpower are available upon request, no job is too big. Our company is licensed and insured. Our movers are well trained to go with their extensive field experience. We carry accreditation from the Chamber of Commerce and American Moving Labor Professional Association.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is a lot of advice we would give to someone looking to move, especially after being in the moving industry for the time we've been. First and foremost, do your research. Make sure the moving professionals you hire are licensed and insured, look for accreditation from respected sources such as the Better Business Bureau, Chamber Of Commerce and other industry specific associations such as the AMLPA or AMSA. Experience is everything, and reviews can show you what other consumers think of the service you are interested in hiring. Additionally, preparation will carry a significant impact on the variables affecting the relocation. The more prepared you are for the move the quicker we can accomplish your relocation, and the more money you save. We understand that moving can be one of the most stressful times in a persons life, and we encounter this on a daily basis.
