- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is hourly based depending on the size of the crew, truck, and type of move needed. Labor-only services, single-item pickups, and movers with a truck are all subject to a 2-hour minimum. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and all rates are explained before booking. Same-day availability is available depending on scheduling
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding exactly what the customer needs and doing a walkthrough over the phone or through photos/videos if needed. We explain pricing upfront, answer any questions, and create a moving plan that fits their situation. On moving day, our team arrives prepared, protects the furniture and home, and works hard to make the move smooth from start to finish.
