I thought I had all my moving details buttoned up... but on moving day, my storage unit company dropped the ball and all my plans went sideways. The Mustangs showed up on time, hustled all day, and did an exceptional job of moving through the obstacles. They stayed calm, super friendly, and kept me up-to-date with progress photos along the way. I appreciated their branded truck, uniform t-shirts and constant contact throughout the day. Their pricing was very fair considering all the work they did, and the numerous hurdles they jumped for me. Five stars. Hire these guys - you'll be happy you did.

I recently used this company for a move and overall had a good experience especially considering they’re a newer business finding their rhythm. The owner was responsive, communicative, and arrived right on time, which I appreciated. His helper did arrive late, and while the clock didn’t start until the helper got there, some of the initial setup still ate into MY time, which is worth noting. There were no hidden fees, and the rate was straightforward at $143/hour so no surprises there. They did take care to wrap items with blankets and plastic, however, I did experience damage to a very important piece of furniture. This was something I had pointed out multiple times both before and during the move, so that part was frustrating especially when you go out of your way to flag something ahead of time. That said, the owner handled it professionally and took accountability. The move was ultimately comped as a gesture of good faith, which I genuinely respect. It showed a willingness to learn and stand behind their work something you don’t always see. Overall, this is a company with solid potential. Just know that as with any newer business, there may be some growing pains but also a clear effort to improve and do right by their clients. 4 out of 5 stars!
