- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At MUV Relocation LLC, we believe in keeping pricing simple, transparent, and easy to understand. There are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or fine print — what you see is what you pay. Our current hourly rates are: 2-Person Crew – $129/hr 3-Person Crew – $189/hr 4-Person Crew – $229/hr Each move includes a professional moving truck and fuel for a flat rate of $93. If you only need help loading or unloading without a truck, we charge a $30 flat travel fee to cover transportation of the crew to your location. For specialty items — such as gun safes, pianos, roll-off toolboxes, or oversized furniture — there is a $200 flat fee to ensure proper equipment, safety, and handling. We don’t charge for things like stairs, long carries, or assembly. Everything is clearly listed in your custom estimate before the move begins. Whether you’re booking a local move in Denver or a full-service relocation across Colorado, our goal is to offer professional, licensed, and insured moving services with transparent pricing and no surprises — ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every move starts with transparency and organization. Once you reach out, we create a personalized customer portal that keeps everything in one place — your addresses, service details, schedule updates, and communication. Think of it as your digital moving command center. Next, we send a custom moving estimate with a full breakdown — no hidden fees, no mystery surcharges, and no fine print in tiny fonts. Once approved, your move is added to our schedule, and we’ll stay in touch to confirm all details leading up to the big day. On moving day, our fully licensed and insured Denver movers show up right on time (usually right before your coffee kicks in). The crew foreman greets you, reviews the plan, and confirms paperwork before the magic begins. Then we wrap, load, and transport your belongings with the same care as if it were our own stuff — just without the emotional attachment. After everything’s safely unloaded and set up in your new home, we’ll walk through final details, clean up our gear, and make sure you’re 100% happy. Then comes the hardest part: saying goodbye. (We promise we won’t cry if you don’t.) Our crew will congratulate you on your new home and bid farewell, wishing you the best on your new chapter in life!
