Massage therapy has been a part of my life since I was in grade school. I grew up next door to my Aunt, who is a Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master. Not only did she provide the spark that ignited my love of massage, she also instilled in me the confidence to pursue my passion and trust in my abilities and inevitable success. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage in 2014 and have been working toward working for myself ever since. ​ My skill-set includes, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Injury Work, Prenatal, Cupping, Hot Stone, Theragun Therapy, and Reiki. ​ My clients are like my family, and it brings me so much joy and fulfillment to be able to help them on their wellness journey. Each and every session with me is unique and tailored to my clients and their individual wants and needs. This is YOUR time, YOUR session, and I have a variety of different techniques and modalities under my belt to give you the best session for you.
