FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Room Redefined sells organizing in packages of hours, designed to accommodate any size project- from a "Small Space Spruce Up" which delivers 6 hours of organization to tweak a single space, to our "Bring on the Organization" package, which delivers 24 hours of organization to get you started on larger organizing projects. We can also provide custom packages designed to take you from start to finish. Contact us for more information and to determine the package that best fits your needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Room Redefined is relationship based. We develop customized organizing solutions to meet the needs of each individual client. To do so, we have designed detailed new client surveys to help us get to know you, your needs, and your relationship to your space/stuff. From there we offer free in-space consultations to discuss your project in-person and determine the solutions and supports that will work best for you. This process ensures that the schedule, products, and systems we structure for you will align with your goals and that our work from day 1 is efficient and cost effective. Whether 1:1 support or a team approach, each client is matched with one of our skilled lead organizers who develops a relationship with them and manages their project from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owned and operated by a veteran educator (25 years as a teacher and administrator in public education), Room Redefined is founded on the notion that each client deserves individualized, expert support to achieve their organizational goals. With 5 years of organization experience in residential, business, and school environments, Erin Gaskins (owner) has a depth of expertise and experience to apply to your project. Our team background is rounded out by employees with education and experience in interior design, closet design, kitchen design, project management, and life coaching. Room Redefined is continuing to expand their areas of expertise, working with educators, family members, and specialists in the field to deepen our understanding and approaches to support neurodiverse clients- including those with ADHD, Austism Spectrum Disorder, and various trauma informed behaviors.
