Introduction: Aloha. I am Chef Michael from Kauai, Hawaii. I also ran a group of personal Chef's in Malibu,California in the late 90's working with the many characters from the movie and music industry, many came to Hawaii to use our specialized service. We're a 5* service. Our menus consist of an eclectic,fusion cuisine starting with appetizers, horsdoeuvres, soups to die for, creative salads, entrees from the land and Sea, creative desserts you've never seen and a flambe' cart for impressive tableside delights.
