About
am a Personal Chef focusing on providing comforting and balanced home cooked meals. As a former Molecular Biologist, I take a scientific apporach to creating complete meals. In practice this strategy takes the form of delicious meals that don't skimp on the good stuff; Carbs, unsaturated cooking oils that promote healthy endocrine fat ratios, and flavorful proteins. Simultaneously my meals provide plant based fiber and micronutrients to complete the culinary and nutritional experience. I love the unique way food is able to bring people together. Bringing that small slice of happiness into people's lives motivates me to create delicious and memorable meals.

Connor was a pleasure to work with, he's really friendly and approachable. We had a lovely private sushi making lesson. The fish and all the ingredients he brought really fresh and top quality. I really recommend him as a private chef or for private cooking lessons!

Connor was so wonderful! We hired him to teach a cooking class at a bridal shower, and he was so much fun! He taught us how to make two delicious treats and helped make the party entertaining and fun! I will hire him again!! He took time to make sure we had the perfect menu and answered all of my questions leading up to the event, he made us feel like we were his only client (though I know he is busy) The girls are still talking about the party.

Connor was great to work with! He cooked a delicious meal during my sisters bachelorette party for 9 people. I wouldn’t definitely recommend him and use him again!

Honestly, Connor was much better then expected or anticipated! Not only was he consistent and timely in responding to my emails but was on top of any and all questions I had! Very thorough and specific in terms of trying to figure out exactly what you're looking to gain from the time together. Feels very relaxed and easy going. Never a feeling of being rushed or forced and does a great job at taking the lead while still allowing you to feel like your in control. I wanted to make sure he knew what I wanted as far as, Meal Prep, Food Combination & Planning for the week ahead... What I got was all that and more; an introduction to Seasonings, Proper cooking times, Techniques, and Tools for eliminating waste and increasing efficiency ! He was very straight forward, easy to understand and relatable. Connor makes it unbelievably easy to take simple ingredients combined with a few simple spices and seasonings to bring to life a really delicious, healthy and hearty meal! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an inexpensive High Quality chef to come share his experience and knowledge! 11/10 on rating of satisfaction!
