Austin hosted our rehearsal dinner of 35 people and it was THE HIGHLIGHT of the wedding weekend. It’s been three years now and our guests still talk about that meal. It’s delicious, unique, memorable and just a fun dinner party experience overall. He’s even so accommodating with vegetarian options. I cannot recommend him and this meal enough!!

We have hired Austin (Kabsa Kitchen) for multiple events now and it has been an experience every single time. Most notably my wife and I received so much positive feedback after having Kabsa at our wedding rehearsal dinner with over 35 people. Part of what makes it so enjoyable is that it almost forces people to talk to each other and have a shared experience that honestly I just haven’t seen anywhere else. Austin has been on time, communicative and fun to work with at every event and no doubt we will continue to hire him for future events.
I realize most of this review has talked about the experience and community with friends, but of course the food itself is phenomenal. We have requested different meats and been blown away regardless of what we chose. There is zero doubt however, that the short ribs were on another level.
Amazing food, unique experience with friends/family without having to go anywhere or deal with lines and super easy to work with.

Austin is truly a master of this middle eastern cuisine! The perfectly cooked rice, seasoned meats and aromatic spices showcase his culinary expertise! If you’re a fan of Kabsa, or wanting to try a new dining experience Austin’s rendition is a must try! 10/10 recommend

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary masterpiece orchestrated by an incredible chef on a liveaboard boat on Lake Cumberland. The setting was exclusive, the evening was bathed in June sunlight, and the food was nothing short of spectacular.
