We wanted a special night for our friends birthday so we thought it would be fun to have a private chef who wouldn't mind if we all participated in the preparation! Chef Tim couldn't have been a better choice! He put together a Spanish theme that was amazing!! He is a real professional! Very knowledable! Chef Tim brought fresh beautiful vegetables,seafood,and meats! We enjoyed him so much, that we are hiring him again in December for an Italian theme!! He was fantastic!!
