Out of this world! Not only was the curated meal absolutely delicious, but the global variety of dishes showcased Carlie's skill and brilliant approach to flavors. Having had private dining experiences in the past, they've all be fairly mediocre and standard fare. Our party of 8 talked about this meal for days afterward and how we preferred it to our Michelin experiences. Adding to the atmosphere was Carlie's charisma and joyful personality that made the interaction absolutely delightful.
