- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing listed is only an estimate. Menu consultation is always included and will determine final pricing. 25% off applies to the first service rendered to new customers and will reflect agreed pricing. Offer only applies to in-home meal prep.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation. I want to know what best fulfills your need for a private chef, and understand your family and your taste/dietary preferences. We will finalize the dates and times during this consultation. For events/cooking classes I require a 25% deposit of total price , which is used to secure the date of service and purchase of ingredients. For in-home personal meal prepping and private dining for families I establish a weekly contract that outlines our meal frequency and quantity. Payment is due on the day of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree and experience in Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and a BA in Human Nutrition. This is a culminative 16 years experience as a chef and nutritionist. My background includes proficiency in restrictive diets (gluten free, paleo, etc.) and Colorado Seasonality. Servesafe certified.
