Zest and Savor catered my going away party a month ago when my boyfriend and I were preparing to move out of the state. Mark hit the party with some of the most inventive, beautiful and delicious dishes I’ve ever seen. He put his mind, body and soul into the event and came 8 hours early to prepare everything and never paused until the event was over. The whole night he had tapered his dishes so something new was always coming out. I can still taste the Beef Wellington bites, they were the most succulent bite I’ve ever had. Some of my other favorites were the roasted beet poke on a rice chip, the shrimp balls were to die for, onion rings with a chili paneer sauce and Bloody Mary deviled eggs (the best deviled egg I’ve ever had), cheese and charcuterie and chicken teriyaki skewers. Amazing food, all of our guests were completely blown away with how tasty everything was. Not to mention how great Mark is, he was a excited and positive. I would absolutely ask Zest and Savor to cater another party on any scale. The food will blow your mind.

Zest and Savor catered my going away party and made the night beyond memorable ! We had a private party at a quaint restaurant in Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado in July and the food was fresh , seasonal , fun , and had a wow factor that had all the guest with wide eyes ! The cheese and charcuterie, summer panzanella salad , and Bloody Mary deviled eggs (OMG) were great starters for guest to self serve ! Some of the greatest hits were the fresh beet poke , beef Wellington bites ( next level ) , and the fried shrimp balls with a delicious Asian style sauce. The menu was curated perfectly and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the professionalism and the extra mile Mark went to make myself and the guest happy. It was a night and menu I will never forget ! Highly recommend this wonderful Chef and company ! Thanks Zest and Savor !

We have used Mark's services for several events over the last 2 years. He is a talented and creative chef with a deep knowledge of not only the flavor profiles but the nutritional aspects of his food as well. We have hired him for various size events ranging from 10 to 30 guests. He is professional, hard working and most importantly for us a pleasure to be around. Incredible experience working with Chef Mark, he is extremely thoughtful of a clients needs, and focuses on using Colorado made products. We hired him twice for family events and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My family can’t stop talking about how wonderful the food was. 10s across the board!

Mark wowed my cousin with his gourmet meals. I was just pleased to not have to cook (no one wants my food) or deliver across town. He was responsive and worked within our budget to prepare delicious fresh and frozen meals to our cousin and his wife who’d just delivered a premie. They were blown away and so very grateful. Mark made us look good!
