- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a 10% off discount for all new clients' first session. I also offer gift certificates to existing customers for referrals that book a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a free 1-hr consultation at the client's home to assess the current level of organization, the customer's habits, current organizing system, and their goals for the space. I will then provide an estimate detailing the scope of the project, estimated fees, and organizing plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: B.S. in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited program Professional: Experience in residential and commerical Interior Design Membership: Member of ASPO (American Society of Professional Organizers)
