My house is out of control and so I contacted Sam who has been here twice working on my craft room. I will admit that I am a hoarder when it comes to yarn and other crafting supplies. I’m much better at buying them than organizing and using them all. After two days six hours, everything Catalog, organized in bins And labeled. I am very happy working with Sam. She’s much more energetic than I am. Next project is my bedroom.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin all new client relationships with a planning consultation, which allows us to fully understand your space, goals, and priorities before scheduling organizing work.
Consultation options:
• Virtual consultation: $50
• In-person consultation: $100
Consultations are required for new clients and are non-refundable, as they involve professional assessment, planning, and customized recommendations.
Organizing services are billed hourly per organizer, with a 3-hour minimum per session. The number of organizers and estimated time required will be discussed during the consultation so you have a clear understanding of the scope before moving forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation. During the consultation, we will review the areas you would like organized, discuss your goals, and assess the space to develop a clear, personalized plan.
You will receive an estimated timeframe, recommendations for any materials if needed, and guidance on how to move forward. Once the plan is established, organizing sessions can be scheduled based on your availability and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Illuminate: Art of Order was founded by Samantha Volmuth, who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida at age 19 and has been organizing professionally since 2017.
All organizers working with Illuminate are experienced professionals who are trained in creating sustainable, functional systems. Our work is grounded in efficiency, attention to detail, and an understanding that organizing is both practical and deeply personal.
