- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 per hour and will discuss an estimated timeframe before we begin. My goal is to create practical, sustainable organization systems rather than rushing through a space. I do not charge for organizing products unless approved by the client in advance, and I only bill for the time we actually use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation about what's working, what's not, and what success looks like for you. From there, we'll sort, categorize, declutter, and create systems that fit your lifestyle and are easy to maintain. My approach is collaborative, judgment-free, and focused on reducing overwhelm while creating lasting results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don't come from a traditional organizing background, I bring more than 20 years of experience helping people create structure, simplify complexity, and build systems that work. My professional background in product marketing and operations has taught me how to break large, overwhelming problems into manageable steps and create practical solutions that people actually use.
