- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand your goals and priorities — whether it’s getting one room under control, preparing for a move, or handling a large cleanout. From there, I create a step-by-step plan so the project feels manageable. On the job, I work efficiently, check in with you as needed, and make sure the end result matches your vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my skills through years of hands-on experience managing people, projects, and spaces in the service industry and my own home (I am blessed to have successfully managed a household of 4- myself and 3 kids- as I put myself through college). That background taught me to stay organized, detail-oriented, and focused on results. While my approach is practical and self-taught, I’m always learning new strategies for organizing, cleaning, and project management to serve my clients better.
