- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different pricing options. Depending on the time of the session, amount of sessions purchased, and also working in small groups will decrease the overall price, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting and finding a good time to meet and conducting a consultation, assessment and then a complimentary workout. After this, we will sit and discuss a plan for achieving the goals that customer has set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience as a personal group trainer, with focus in functional training, sports performance, weight loss, and nutrition. I also have significant experience in exercise program design. I am certified from American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist and a degree in Exercise Science from Metro State University.
