Howdy! I had the pleasure of meeting Emily a couple of years ago! I begin attending biweekly workout sessions during the summer/fall. I absolutely fell in love with pursuing a better lifestyle just through Emily's natural enthusiasm. Emily is a pure ray of sunshine; so supporting & encouraging. She also delivers a kick ass workout. Emily helped me do things that I thought I could never do. I walked farther than I thought I could. I had just gotten out of a wheelchair after Rehab in a Nursing Home and Emily came over and we would walk outside. I never thought I could do it but with her encouragement and support, I did. She is very professional and kind. I loved having her come over to my home. With her help, I started exercising with boxing gloves and resistance bands too. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me. I would give her 5 stars. Michelle Wedding
