I had my initial meeting with Josh today and I can honestly say I’m impressed. I have worked with other trainers in the past and he definitely stands out. He is obviously educated and passionate about the work he does. He works with the individual to create a plan catered to them. Josh offers flexibility in scheduling, on time every time start and end, and a fully functional training program good for every body. Josh is a fitness trainer who can work in any given environment. After each session with Josh I feel challenged and supported through the entire workout. I’ve gotten leaner, increased muscle mass and felt more stability with sports activities or yoga. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Variable depending on location. I provide discounts for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We conduct an intro session, with an assessment and a quick workout. After that we jump right into training. I provide a meal plan immediately as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My degree is in Community Health from the University of Kansas and I began my fitness career as well as my own fitness journey there.
