- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a small fee added for medication administration, usually $4 dollars added on to original price per day . if the job is guaranteed to be for a long period of time (over a week) I am usually willing to take off a 10%-15% discount .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and Foremost, the location is very important. This will determine whether or not I will be able to accept jobs since I am a very busy person I usually will not accept locations more than 20-25 minutes from my area. Next , I like to go over how many pets there are and how many times a day visitation is needed along with dates, (any medications or special treatments, ect) . I am more than willing to set up a meet and greet prior to the start date of the job . Once I have ALL information I do pricing from there and break it down for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about a year and a half experience working in the boarding department of an animal hospital here in Denver! I am also the Assistant Manager of this department. I have high maintenance animals of my own . I am also enrolled at Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology pursuing my education.
