- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically learn a little about their upcoming event in order to customize their photo strip design and make recommendations for props, a backdrop, and even the type of booth we should bring. After we create the layout we send it back for the customer to proof; we will make as many edits as necessary until they love what we have made for them. After we have the layout created and approved, we keep our customers at ease by sending them occasional emails up until their event letting them know we haven't forgotten about them. If available, we try to visit each venue prior to the event to learn a little about it; where to setup and what potential obstacles we may run into.

Do your due diligence! See if your potential event professional has the following: insurance, good reviews, social media accounts, a portfolio, a satisfaction guarantee.
