I contacted Xtreme Moving after I had already re-hired the moving company I'd used twice before (Boulder) with satisfaction as I had seen their ad on Thumbtack. I called to set up cleaning for my condo after the move, and in speaking with Amanda, was given an estimate to move. I decided to go with Xtreme, because they were closer and I would get three helpers, vs two for the best price. I knew I only had furniture to move to a storage, so thought this would be the best, and the cleaning could occur at the same time. I was happy to shift over based on all the positive reviews they had received and even rectifying any problems. My other mover was sad to loose my business, but understood the logistics. I basically was going to have Xtreme there earlier in the morning (between 7-9) and the cleaning done the same day. Unfortunately, the morning of the 8th was the below ZERO day and by 9 am I had not heard from the crew. (I had confirmed with Amanda the evening before, knowing it was predicted to be cold) I started calling around 9 to find out what happened and thru a series of phone calls, finally spoke to the owner, Xavier. He had my wrong number and couldn't reach me. The cold had caused problems with getting his crew together and the truck to be on the road. After some panic on my part, and actually being rather upset with them, the crew got there at noon and began the moving. (my partner and I had moved most everything out except the heavy furniture to break down.) Since it was all going into storage except the bedroom furniture, which I negotiated a fair price to deliver 40 miles away. The three guys were very quick AND careful in packing up the furniture, and following my instructions about what went where! Xavier arrived and promised the cleaning would be done easily once everything was out, that he would send pictures after completion, so I wouldn't have to come back to inspect. This was helpful, because I needed to be completely out by the 9th. There were a few hickups regarding how to pack the storage area 10x20, but the guys were very friendly and helpful and aimed to please. They were great. Brought the final piece of bedroom set out to Franktown and set it up with ease. Put things where I asked and were totally great. I tipped them because they were so great. The finalization of the bill was easy as Xavier talked with them on the phone and gave a small discount for arriving late. I did not get the pictures that evening, and had to go back over to check the cleaning, but again, there was some small misunderstanding about when and how to get these sent to me. I spoke with Kelli, the other owner regarding the specifics of why I needed this confirmation and my need to have satisfaction on the cleaning because of the landlord, and she offered to refund $50 because we ended up not steamcleaning the whole carpet. Even though there were several communication issues, once I would be able to connect with them, both Xavier and Kelli were totally accountable, apologetic and accommodating to make sure I was satisfied. Amanda was also helpful in the initial set up. I would recommend Xtreme Moving and Cleaning in the future. Overall, with all the mired of little issues, they were great to work with. They guys that did the 'heavy lifting' were great. Xavier and Kelli worked with me to feel satisfied and complete even after the mix up in communication. They are very serious about wanting to be representing a 5 star rating. Because they worked so hard to make sure I was, I can honestly give them that rating. Any other company might not have cared enough to make sure that happened. I believe Mother Nature ruled that day! Thank you Xavier, Kelli, Amanda and 'the guys'! *****

My expectations were exceeded by Xtreme moving company! We had an excellent experience overall. Amanda scheduled us under short notice, maintained great communication with us up until we received service, and the moving crew was very quick and extremely nice... Couldn't have been better!! We charge $95 per hour plus a $50 trip fee. We also offer flat rate options. The customer can decide which option is best for them.
