About
I pride myself on providing top quality tuning and repairs in a manner that is punctual, friendly, courteous and professional.
I trained at the North Bennet St. School in Boston, our nation’s oldest and most respected school of piano technology, where I learned the safest, most efficient and most effective methods of the trade. Since then I have manufactured pianos at the Mason and Hamlin factory in Haverhill and tuned and maintained them at the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
Since arriving in Colorado it has been my pleasure to prepare and tune new pianos for Classic Pianos on S Broadway as well as providing field service to homes, concert venues, universities and churches throughout the Denver and Boulder areas.
My favorite part of piano work is seeing the joy on a customer's face when I show her that her piano once again sounds and plays as beautifully as it can.

We really appreciated working with Dave. He was so responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. We have a very old piano and he was able to bring it back up to tune, and was also able to educate us a bit around the piano and it's likely history. Highly recommend!!

I had my 100+ year old pianotuned. He was very upfront and honest about the condition of the piano and how it would sound. The piano turned out to sound great for its age, in my opinion. Amazing work!

He was very knowledgeable and was up front and honest with me about the condition of my piano. He gave me options before adjusting my piano and was very clear about the challenges we might face and the cost associated. It was great to know exactly what was going on. It's clear he is not interested in work now and pay the giant bill later which is great. I would definitely use this service again, and I will the next time I need a tuning.
Details: Upright • Last piano tuning more than 2 years ago • Piano played at least once month • Unknown age • Fix sticky keys

David was flexible with the time, very professional, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and was great to work with. I will continue to have him tune and repair my piano. I would recommend him!
