- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Investigations, I charge $90 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For Process Serving, I charge $75 for the service, meaning per service. If it is at the same location and same time for multiple services, I give a 20% discount for any service after the first one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a short conversation over the phone and then a Zoom meeting if you want to move forward. Both of those are free. I will send you a contract (Investigations) and start working on the game plan we developed in our meeting. For Process Service, once you provide me with the documents. I will serve them and notify you. You will then get an invoice and once paid, I sent the return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 12 years in the Texas prison system, known then as TDCJ. Many of those years I was an Investigator within the facility which included 13 other facilities as well. I was trained by the state of Texas, but my techniques are not similar to para police tactics. My training was using tones and body language to help the interviewee remain comfortable.
