We offer fixed pricing; you are charged for the product you receive, not the time it takes us to produce it. This incentivises us to work efficiently and deliver quality work promptly. Custom projects are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tailor our services to meet each customer's individual needs, which starts with an email exchange followed by a proposal for work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Master's Degree in International Security and Intelligence Analysis, numerous publications on cyber threat intelligence and international security, 5 years of experience with social media monitoring, scam detection, and digital investigations. More recent experience includes deep and dark web investigations, open source intelligence collection and analysis, monitoring cybercrime groups, attack surface management, protection of critical infrastructure, and geopolitically motivated hacktivism.
