FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is up for negotiation. We have general rules, for example, we charge one fee for locating a tenant and placing them and a second fee for managing the property. Some properties need one and not both services, and the rules according to the State have us keep these services separate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather information including the address and background on the owner and property to do a little research. We then like to see the property with the owner, if possible, and come up with an initial strategy with the owner. If the relationship and plan work for both of us, we would then sign the agreements setting out all expectations of both parties and begin to advertise the unit, if it is vacant. We will keep the owner up to date on how things are going on a regular basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado and a REALTOR. I have an associate broker on my team as well in addition to dedicated office and property managers. We have divided up services so that each client gets the tailored experienced they need.
