Russ has been managing my Denver condo for almost a year and I am exceptionally pleased with his professional care of my property and renters.Russ has capably addressed the changing legal environment governing rental real estate in Denver (licensing) and Colorado (legislative requirements). He took on the necessary work required for my Denver license which considerably lightened any headaches I was anticipating and he is working with his attorneys to craft updated lease agreements which eases my concerns.My building has a managing company which Russ has demonstrated an effective and cordial working relationship with, so his familiarity with the personnel and the standard procedures they use to handle issues is a definite plus.Russ has been very responsive to tenant needs. Nothing is left on the backburner he has things taken care of quickly!I greatly appreciate his communicative style - Russ is happy to call me to let me know how things are going and he even offers advice on how to handle certain issues.I strongly recommend Russ and Birdhouse Property Management for your needs, be it as an owner or renter!

Russ is awesome! We are out of state owners with a condo in Cap Hill. He takes great care of our tenants and our unit. Both are important to us. Great communication and just a pleasure to work with!

Russ is a great professional and the best neighbor. He goes above and beyond as a property manager, caring for the property and the tenants. As a new Denver resident, choosing a townhome he manages was the perfect choice for us as he provides helpful winter reminders and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend Birdhouse as a tenant.
