We manage Denver-metro rentals for one flat monthly fee — never a percentage of your rent — so your fee stays put as your rent grows. Every plan includes marketing, tenant screening and placement, rent collection, coordinated maintenance, and free move-in, move-out, and annual inspections. Our guarantees put our money on the line: if a tenant we place doesn't finish their lease, we re-lease your property free, and our Fully Handled plan adds $5,000 in eviction protection and $5,000 in pet-damage protection. Handled pm did a great job setting up my rental, charge flat fee unlike many managers who try to charge percent + maintenance expenses, the rental analysis was spot on and very useful. Overall i feel like they spent way more time with me than any other management company and it made me feel assured that I was in good hands. Looking to add to my portfolio now that I have solid management in place.

Handled PM knows exactly what they’re talking about when it comes to rent costs and CO management. I felt very heard and understood initially. The fee structure is WAY better than what I’ve found when compared apples to apples. Overall would highly recommend.
