Introduction: At Kickback Properties our focus is to offer the best full service rental and property management at an affordable price for the owner. Founded in 2014 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Kickback Properties recently expanded to Colorado where the founders of the company are originally from and hold a deep connection to. We are passionate about providing the best possible experience for the customer and in turn allowing the owner to maximize profit and be worry free that their property is in good hands. Our services allow for properties to be on over 20+ platforms and are professionally photographed, marketed, and have data analysts watching market trends and profit, leading to maximum revenue for each property. We also believe in giving back to the community, hence the name, Kickback (to the community). It’s no secret that short-term rentals create lucrative business opportunities. So we’re going to leverage them. We plan to develop mixed-zone properties with a majority of living spaces dedicated to affordable housing while using short-term rentals to sponsor them.
