I just wanted to take a minute to one, thank Josh LaRue and the rest of Renters Warehouse of Denver team for such a great work managing my rental property, it was a very professional and effective service from end to end; from the tenants selection to the tenant move-out report professionally documented in video.
I had peace of mind during the rental period, they took care of fixing a couple of maintenance issues in the property at a very fair price, and I they also managed smoothly a change of tenants.
I would strongly recommend using Renters Warehouse of Denver if you are considering renting your property.

I hired Renters Warehouse, Josh LaRue was my contact and my property was was rented in 3 weeks. The info I was provided on the new tenants was in depth and seem to be a perfect fit. They signed a 2 year lease and Josh kept me informed the whole time. So much better than doing it myself for the past 13 years.

Used Jon with Renters Warehouse to rent my condo rental unit. W/in 2 weeks Jon had found a tenant who turned out to be my best tenant. Seamless transaction including lease, background check, payments, etc. This was after 2 previous tenants on my own that were disasters. Jon is very professional and got the job done!!!

My husband and our two dogs are moving to Colorado from Illinois. It's always stressful to move across the country, especially into unknown territory. Justyn was patient, helpful, professional, and always available when we had a question. We looked at so many places, but not all home owners will allow pets.
