When converting several of the long-term rentals to short term, I definitely wanted some management help to keep the workflow similar or less to long-term rentals while increasing profit a bit. I showed Tailored Stays based on their commitment, passion, and focus to the short term rental space. Coming up on a year with the three properties, and has been a great experience so far. It is very nice to be able to travel, and focus on my family and work flow, while not having my mind on meeting guests’ expectations and needs in communication and otherwise. Best of both worlds!

Tailored Stays, simply put, knows what they are doing! With so many “hobbyist” STR managers out there, Anson and his team are a breathe of fresh air.
