Property Management Our fees are straightforward and competitive. Our leasing fee is $499 and our management fee is 9.5%. We are not the cheapest company, nor are we the most expensive. We are the company to manage your property effectively and protect your investment.

Property Management We offer a free rental analysis and consultation for all of our prospective clients. Our quality process is streamlined and efficient yet each of our clients has unique goals. We like to get to know each client and discuss how we can assist in achieving their specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Property Management To manage real estate investments properly there are many layers of expertise that are required. Each member of our team is a licensed Real Estate agent. Our team also has vast experience in the construction industry. Having knowledge and relationships with quality vendors is one of our biggest strengths as a company. We also specialize in financial investment analysis. If you are a seasoned investor or just getting started, we are happy to help you run the numbers and help make sure your investment is a successful one.
