Working with Mitzi and Kevin was a real delight. They really understood what we wanted for multiple families with foodies and picky eaters and went above and beyond to deliver. The Mexican night was perfect with something for everyone in our diverse group from margaritas and ceviche to enchiladas and her grandmother’s recipe cake. They provided everything we needed for the ski weekend and everyone can’t wait to see them again next year! I don’t know how we ever did it without them.

We had such a great experience at a rental house in Keystone of our extended family ski vacation. With 24 of us on vacation, we wanted to give our family a break from preparing a large dinner for one night. We reached out last minute, and Mitzi and her husband Kevin showed up in the mountains on time, setup in the kitchen and created a great family meal experience. Everything was fresh and delicious.

This was an amazing visit to Breck! We catered an Italian meal and 2 breakfast meals, ALL were great! We are a family of 5 and we had PLENTY! We loved the variety and she even used LOCAL honey for our fruit skewers! The Vegan Brekafast Casserole was amazing 👏🏾

Mitzi and her husband were amazing chefs for my sister’s bachelorette party (17 people!!)! The Italian dinner was delicious and for a good price. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED having Mitzi, her husband Kevin, and her daughter Paige come and cook for us. I hired them to cook dinner for myself and 12 of my friends and the experience was one we will never forget. Not only was Mitzi super flexible in terms of the menu (your wish is truly her command), she was also on time, prepared, and just lovely to work with in general. Her husband and daughter were the same - we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with on this! They plated every course and made sure that everyone had exactly what they needed. I would recommend Mitzi to anyone looking for a super special experience. Thank you Mitzi, Kevin and Paige! I hope to hire you again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know their experiences and skills and their expectations. I want customers to really enjoy the process. When a customer starts on their journey, they become passionate and continue confidently. I am always available for questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many classes in person and online. I’ve taught cooking, quilting and sewing for many years. I test all my recipes and I make samples of all my quilt work. I continue to learn new techniques and search for new challenges.
