- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every situation is different, it is impossible to have a standard price for any transaction. Our team is competitive in today's market place and utilizes technology and effective communication to provide a concierge-like experience regardless of the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that everyone client is different. They have different preferences, budgets, schedules, family structures, and myriad other factors. As such, our approach of providing a high-touch communication strategy is the only way to ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve when going through the process of buying or selling a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Blue Pebble was founded by Jared Frost who has a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a master's degree in Financial Engineering. He spent several years on Wall St. followed by time at a real estate private equity firm. He is familiar with both residential and commercial asset classes and specializes in pricing homes and analyzing commercial investments.
