5 years ago this coming August, Connie and I were on a house hunting trip here from Seattle and wandering around clueless with very little set in our minds governing the kind of home we wanted or could afford.
We saw a home we wanted to see and called the name and number on the sign, but the listing agent was recovering from Lasik surgery, so Kim got to shepherd us around over I think three or so days before we had to leave.
She kindly and patiently took us by the scruffs of our necks, helped us find the perfect home, and aided us tenaciously as we struggled to jump through all the hoops from 1,300 miles away.
Since then, she has happily and promptly aided us with valuations as we have refinanced or simply needed to do a statement of net worth.
