Ryan was my real estate agent for my second home purchase and, while it was a new build, he stayed in touch during every step of the process! He took the time to explain structural choices I was unfamiliar with and gave me feedback to ensure I wasn't just building a home I loved but also one with those small features you forget about. He even attended my pre-drywall inspection during a winter storm (yes, it was freezing!) and ensured I was happy with the progress on my new build. I was referred to him by a coworker and would definitely refer him to anyone looking to buy/sell their home!

Our family has worked with Ryan through SIX different transactions. We apparently love to buy and sell. He has helped us sell 3 houses, and we have bought 3 homes using him. Some how, in every transaction he has made it so we got everything we wanted! He knows what he is doing!!!! He has always gotten back to me day or night right away, knows how to handle my stress, easies me, and really cares about my family. He wants his clients to be happy and it shows. He does whatever he needs to do for the transaction to be smooth and possible! If you want a relator who goes above and beyond and cares more about your wants than commission... he is your guy!!!!
